"I have been working at T.RAD Czech s.r.o. since 2010, when I joined as a toolmaker specializing in stainless steel forming and shaping. Gradually, I became involved in the modernization of production and the tool maintenance process.
In 2015, I took over the management of the tooling team, where we focused on increasing tool life and stabilizing production. Since 2022, I have been in charge of all maintenance and managing a team of eleven specialists, with an emphasis on planning, reliability, and efficient equipment management.
Since 2026, I have also held the position of Kaizen Manager. I focus on TPM, TPS principles, and systematic improvement, which brings measurable results to the company.
Working for a Japanese company has enabled me to grow professionally and participate in specialized training courses, including training in Japan. I appreciate the environment based on discipline, cooperation, responsibility, and long-term development.
